I truly appreciated the suggestion of these essays, and what ended up being my introduction to Jo Ann Beard, whom I will read from now on. I loved both and it was my first time coming to the party having read the material beforehand. Great insights – I always enjoy the comedy and literary banter. Dissention was sadly absent, but in this case, highly improbable!
