Okay, I bought Saunders’ book after listening to your podcast. I went right from Sherman Alexie’s new one about his mother, into this one starting last night. (So, I’ve basically been crying for about a week now, minus conferences, 3 speech meets, and prepping for the Tempest.) It’s brilliant, obviously, and I’m only halfway through it. And I know this because I’m finishing my prep at 10 tonight, because I read all day instead of prepping. For some reason I don’t have any other Saunders in my library, though I know I read some of his stuff in college. I’m ordering Tenth of December, because a friend of mine shamed me, but I can order two more without blowing the book budget for February. Suggestions?
